Password help

Proflute applications now sign you in with Microsoft. Your password is no longer managed here.

Proflute employees

Use your Proflute work account. To change your password, go to Microsoft My Sign-Ins. If you have forgotten it, use Microsoft password reset or contact your IT support.

External users

You sign in with the account you accepted your invitation with - your own organisation's account or a personal Microsoft account. Its password is managed by your organisation or by Microsoft, not by Proflute:

• Work or school account: contact your own organisation's IT support.
• Personal Microsoft account: use Microsoft account password reset.
• No password (you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email): nothing to reset - request a new code on the sign-in page.
